Getting help

Keno Forms is built and supported by Keno Sonic Interactive. If you bought a licence with support, reach us through the channel on your invoice, or via the contact form at kenosonic.co.za.

When you get in touch, it helps to include:

• your WordPress and PHP versions,
• which CRM and email providers you have enabled,
• the page URL where the form is placed,
• any message shown on the form or in Form entries.

Common questions

A lead did not reach my CRM

Check Keno Forms > Form entries. If the lead is there, it was captured correctly and the issue is with the provider credentials or the provider being temporarily down. Re-check the API key in the Providers tab. Local storage means you still have the lead.

Emails are not arriving

On shared hosting, wp_mail is often blocked or filtered. Switch the transactional provider to Resend or Brevo and set a verified from-address.

The form does not match my brand

Everything visual is set in the Theme tab. If you need finer control, override the --kf-* variables in your theme's stylesheet.

I am getting spam

Make sure the honeypot is enabled in the builder, and consider raising the timing threshold.

Licensing

Keno Forms is sold as a once-off licence per scope (single site, multi-site, or agency). Buy or upgrade from the tools store.
